Acceptance

By creating an account or using TogoBlacklist, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

What the service does

TogoBlacklist lets participating restaurants record phone numbers associated with fraudulent or abusive takeout orders, check numbers before accepting an order, and optionally share reports with other participating restaurants. Consumers can dispute a listing about their own number.

Acceptable use

• Report only numbers connected to a genuine incident at your business. Do not submit reports for harassment, retaliation, or any reason unrelated to order fraud or abuse.
• Do not use the service to make decisions prohibited by law, including decisions about credit, employment, housing, or insurance. TogoBlacklist is not a consumer reporting agency and its data is not a consumer report.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell access, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
• Keep information you access through the service confidential to your business.

Your responsibility for reports

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having a good-faith basis for each report. You must promptly correct or remove a report you learn is inaccurate. We may remove reports, suspend sharing, or close accounts that misuse the service.

Disputes from consumers

Consumers may dispute a listing about their own number after verifying it. We review disputes and may remove, suppress, or annotate a listing as a result. Participating businesses agree to cooperate with that process.

Text messages

Where you provide a mobile number and consent, we may send text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Plans, credits, and billing

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Charges are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports are accurate or complete, and you remain responsible for your own decisions about whether to accept an order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TogoBlacklist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
